With your APO gift card, you received a discount code for the dollar value of your gift card that can be applied to any APO event ticket sold on our website through Eventbrite (excluding partner events). You can enter that code at the top of the ticket purchasing form embedded on our website.
Once you enter in the code, you'll see the ticket value removed and you can then purchase the ticket at no cost. However, due to a condition on the Eventbrite system that maintains security in the redemption process, you will need to enter separate transactions for each ticket you purchase with your gift code. While this will enable you to immediately purchase a ticket using your gift card value, it is not as simple a process as we would prefer.
So with that, we offer you two additional options below to help make your ticket purchasing experience easier.
Please enter in the information related to the show you want to attend using your gift card value. We will then manually process your order and you'll receive your tickets in email. Please allow 48 hours for processing of all orders through this form.
We'll be happy to process your ticket redemption by phone if this is your preference. Please call us at 479-422-0578 and allow 24 hours for us to return your call if you leave a voice mail.
