Price, through an account of her life (1887-1953) in Little Rock, Boston and Chicago alongside a live performance of her works for violin and piano. Er-Gene Kahng, violin and Nathan Carterette, piano will explore her varied musical style ranging from arrangements of traditional spirituals to the high art tradition of Western Classical music, which comprised her musical hyphenated identity.
